You can make a Full RC Mod for the LEGO Technic Ferrari SF 24 F1 Car 42207. It uses three powered up large motors, as well as one technic control+ hub. One motor is used for steering, while the other two are coupled together to drive the gearbox. That’s right, 

despite being motorized, the gearbox functionality remains!

You can use the gearbox selector to choose between either more torque, at the cost of speed, or more speed, at the cost of torque. It still performs quite well even with the higher speed setting. It was quite challenging to keep the gearbox. I was quite tempted to remove it and just implement a direct drive, but because the gearbox is my favorite technic functionality, I just had to keep it.
